You are drinking... #11

We think it is a 5.1% ABV American Pale Ale, one of about 850 pints available from this particular batch.

It's made of

Still drawn from our own bloody deep well under our feet tapping into a lovely, chalk hills fed, aquifer. Think hundreds of years of natural filtration.

We like the history of malting in our area and feel a loyalty to traditional quality English malts — this time Pale Ale and Dark Crystals.

Summit and Cascade from the USA and Dana from Slovenia. Hops are the daddy of Super Alpha acid with a composition around 17% but we really like it for its citrus contribution. You may get notes of grapefruit, tangerine or orange particularly if you have matched this beer with a fruit salad — but we would ask why.

American pale ale yeast. We know, exciting right?

It appears

Well, you can see for yourself.

It smells

Likewise; just use your nose.

It tastes

Up to you. Our tastebuds and preferences are all different anyway. It's meant to be a full flavoured American Pale ale with a well-balanced flavour and clean after bitterness.

If you don't like it don't waste good time/energy/ingredients — maybe just give it to someone who will appreciate it.

No need for compliments or criticism — we didn't record how we made it so we can't change anything anyway. Just remember to enjoy, socialise, and feel good — it's what the beer is there for!
